Eyelashes are NOT eligible for returns. No exceptions. 

How can I exchange/ return/ repair my wig?

Exchange policy
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of the wigs that have NOT been cut, tampered and altered. Since wigs are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. The exchange process can take any where from 14-21 days depending on how fast you return the wig back to us.

Rush Exchange:

How does our Rush Exchange policy work?  You must send us an email indicating that you are requesting a Rush Exchange and the reason for the exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your wig. Once you are approved for the Rush Exchange we will send you an email informing you that you qualify and then you must return your order and then place your new order online. 

Once your return is received we will thoroughly examine your return to ensure that it qualifies for a refund. Unused wigs, no cuts along the lace or the hair, no glue, not washed, no tape, no products, wigs not tampered with in any way, and tags/labels intact ONLY qualify for Rush Exchange refund. If your returned item is received and deemed NOT eligible for a refund your order will be returned back to you and no refund will be rendered. You will then need to pay to have your original item returned to you.

  • Clearance wigs and custom orders are NOT eligible for return/exchange/or refund.

Return Policy:
NO return is processed after 7 days. NO exceptions.
After the return for refund request has been authorized you must ship the wig(s) along with the exchange form back to the address we provided to you. You are also responsible for the return shipping charge. 

Repair policy:

Our customers can enjoy a free one time wig repair services worth $65-$100.

Repair Service:

  • Adding hair (less than 130% hair density) 
  • Cutting the extra lace 
  • Adjusting the cap circumference

Always contact our customer service before returning products as we need to confirm your wig qualifies for an exchange/return/or repair. You will also need to request the repair return address.  Only after receiving confirmation of your exchange/return/or repair request are you then eligible to send the wig back.  The repair time is 30-45 business days and you are responsible for the 2-way shipping fees.
